As a Malaysian-Eurasian Chef originating from the Netherlands, Celine Marbeck has presented cooking demonstrations on a Malaysian TV Channel and has presented Master Class in Eurasian Cooking at the International Gourmand Awards held in Kuala Lumpur in 2006. In 2006, Celine Marbeck wasnominated and selected as one Malaysia’s most celebrated women authors by MPH.

Celine Marbeck has also worked as an executive chef and guest chef at several 5-star hotels in Malaysia, Singapore, Australia and in the Netherlands at the Pasar Malam.
