Round Table on 50 years of Diplomatic Relations between Malaysia and the Netherlands: Lessons Learnt

On Thursday 21 February 2008 the "Round Table on 50 years of Diplomatic Relations between Malaysia and the Netherlands: Lessons Learnt" will be held. The Round Table will be officiated The Honourable Dato' Seri Syed Hamid Albar, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia at the Institute of Diplomacy and Foreign Relations (IDFR).

The Round Table is jointly organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia and the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to commemorate 50 years of diplomatic relations between both countries. The event will provide an opportunity for an open discussion among diplomats, experts, scholars and other interested individuals on the existing diplomatic relations between the two countries and challenges in the years ahead.
